The culture of a maternity service is known to be important for the service users who attend, as well as for staff within the organisation. The purpose of this box set is to draw attention to evidence related to maintaining staff wellbeing and creating an opportunity for improving cultures of practice.

This learning module can be used towards CPD for revalidation with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK, and equivalent bodies in other jurisdictions.
