LEADING CHANGE IN PRACTICE

Maternity services are in a constant space of change and improvement. Midwives are at the forefront of this change, recognising where things could be better as well as instigating policy that has been created elsewhere. The aim of this set is to highlight the role of midwives as leaders of change and to provide guidance to support those wanting to make change.
