MMF STUDENT MIDWIFE AWARD

Winner:
Amy Robson, Student Midwife (2nd Year), Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust

The MMF Student Midwife Award was presented to Amy Robson, a student midwife who has grown in confidence during her studies but always puts patients at the heart of care

MMF INNOVATION AWARDS

Winner:
Team Maia, Medway NHS Foundation

For recognising the need for and the implementation of a dedicated induction of labour team to provide bespoke care and drive forward positive change

MMF MATERNITY MANAGEMENT AWARD

Winner:
Sinead Farrell, Professional Midwifery Advocate, Whittington Health NHS Trust

Sinead has consistently demonstrated innovation, determination and vision in her deployment of the new model of Midwifery Supervision – A-EQUIP. Her experience, knowledge and enthusiasm for her new role has contributed widely to the update of future PMAs.

MMF TEAM AWARD

Winner:
Indigo Midwifery Team

Providing multi-disciplinary and multi-agency care for vulnerable women, focusing on those with moderate to severe mental health diagnosis, domestic violence, learning disabilities and those 19 and younger

MMF MIDWIFE ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

Winner:
Paulina Ewa Sporek, Midwife, Croydon University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

For her dedicated work in setting up a nationally recognised initiative to improve maternity services for deaf parents
