SERIES 2: ‘Scotland ONLINE Maternity and Midwifery Festival & Awards Highlights’ on #MidwiferyHour

In this episode of Midwifery Hour series two, Sue Macdonald, Co-editor, Mayes Midwifery; Curator and Chair, Maternity and Midwifery Festivals was joined by Professor Helen Cheyne, Professor of Maternity and Child Health Research and RCM Scotland, Professor of Midwifery Research, University of Stirling and Scotland’s Minister for Mental Health, Clare Haughey MSP.

This episode focused the highlights from the day including the keynote address from Clare Haughey MSP addressing the most prominent topics in maternity and midwifery along with Professor Helen Cheyne discussing ‘Contemporary postnatal care’.

The North East Fife Community Midwives Team were announced winners of the ONLINE Scotland Maternity and Midwifery Team Award by Sue Macdonald on Wednesday afternoon before all viewers images and feedback from day were shown to celebrate and close the online festival.
